Give it a try - it’s funnnn!
A truly fun experience- even for a 66 year old second-time rider. I got to see the main spots on both sides of the river, but at my own pace and not cooped up in a bus.

Great way to see the city and learn about its history
My wife and I love Segway tours of a city and we've taken quite a few. One of the nice things about a Segway tour is that you can navigate hills and long distances quite easily. We managed to see both the Buda and Pest sides of the Danube. We saw the Hungarian Parliament Building, Castle Hill, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Hungarian State Opera House and Buda Castle. This was a great tour with a great guide.

cold but good
we really enjoyed this trip, it was extremely cold & at the end of the segway trip we had the option to carry on for another hour which 3 of us did, the rest went back to warm up! It was very enjoyable but I think you need to have had some experience on a segway as you are on it a very long time and in amongst pedestrians and traffic, which for novices can be very frightening. For one girl on the tour, it was her first time, and her inexperience made her scream quite a lot! this caused the tour guide to actually fall off his segway as he thought she was in trouble and turned quickly to see what was happening! The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited. Would definitely do it again.

Fantastic way to experience Budapest - Great tour!
I can't say enough good about our 3 hour tour led by Andor. He was super accommodating for our group of 4 and after very capably training our two new riders and refreshing the other two, he wanted to know if we had anything in particular we wanted to see. We did, requesting the Citadel and Castle Hill. The Citadel was not on his original itinerary and he immediately adjusted it to include that by dropping a couple of other places that we had already been to. He was so gracious and helpful explaining a great deal of history about each area we came to and taking time with anything of interest to us along the way. We had a beautiful day for the trip and captured some amazing photos. All in all this was a highlight for us and we all enjoyed it immensely. I highly recommend this excursion for anyone wanting some fun combined with seeing the highlights of beautiful Budapest. You won't regret booking with these fine gentlemen.

Great Fun!
The 3 of us had the most amazing tour on Fri 8th November with Hami as our guide. He was fun and informative and made sure we saw absolutely everything! He was not clock-watching at all. We even had time to stop in the Old Town for a hot chocolate at Ruszwurm. We had plenty of time to get used to the segways before starting the tour. Thoroughly recommend this - we learnt so much about Buda and Pest. Just so much fun. Ask for Hami !!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Budapest.
How much does 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $89 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Budapest usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Budapest is not rushed.
Is 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Budapest, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Budapest can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Budapest and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3-Hour All you can Segway Guided Segway Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Budapest within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Budapest?
+
On Outty we rank every Budapest experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Budapest City Landmarks Walking Tour in 2 Hours, Countryside Half-day Gastro-Wine Tour from Budapest Meal & pickup, Budapest free walking tour: Parliament and Shoes Memorial. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Budapest?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Budapest?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
