Its awful
VERY RUDE SERVICE, NEVER BOOK HERE!!! I tried to book through them for a week, they told me te wrong prices from theit website (difference in 80-100 dollars!), dont let me book a cruise which i choose 2 time ad after we pick a cruise that they offered us and they asked us to pay a deposit, we ask abour receipr or something just started to get really rude and lie, that they have o cruise for me at all, 8 hours after deposit payment!! So they havet time for a week to check it and to it only after asking or deposit payment, They are true scammers!!! Never book here guys Im so shoked right now, 12 years of travelling and first time something like that happened to me

We'd like to clarify above review, and we do appreciate your reviews, Ms Anna. 1) A customer called "Ms Anna" would like to book BAI TU LONG BAY CRUISE and yes she really wanted to visit Bai Tu Long Bay. 2) We firstly checked some cruises and one of them confirmed "yes" Bai Tu Long Bay available 3) on 1st day ,I sent this customer "Anna" an invoice to make deposit us$100 (BUT SHE HAS NOT YET PAID - SHE'S NOT YET PAID anything SO FAR ) 4) And next day , We told her "Anna" not to pay because we got an inform from one of our partner cruise company and they said "we have not yet enough customers to sail not yet ready to sail " 5) We recommend "Anna" to change to HALONG BAY, but this customer is so WEIRD and really wants to go BAI TU LONG BAY,. 6) We told her that please look for other agents to book BAI TU LONG BAY CRUISES and then see consider us "RUDE" 7) SHE HAS NOT YET PAID ANYTHING for us ! We always listen to your opinion to improve the services and work with the best cruises as we can ! We are always here, stand in front, transparent, responsible for everything and treat you LIKE A BOSS since you've been one of our lovely guests ! We would like to let you know that we do GREAT and SERIOUS business for cruises, tours, transfer. Wonderful tour in halong bay
Cycling through forest with amazing view on cat ba island is the best part of my trip.. We get a best view from cabin. Also crew with us is very friendly along with our guide Lucky. Total experies is fantastic. I suggest everyone to go to get lifetime experience.

Great tour agency, nice cruise
I booked through Halong Bay Cruise Hunters. Service by James was quick and excellent by WhatsApp, even after adding a second person to my booking. The cruise I booked was the 5* Athena Cruise (3N/2D) and from our pickup to the drop off 3 days later, everything went smooth. Manager Ha and staff on board were friendly and professional and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed kayaking through the floating village but voluntarily opted out of the second day trip due to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms. They also catered to my peanut allergy and to my partner's vegetarian request.
