An OUTSTANDING 3-Days

The 3 Day Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga Retreat in Chiang Mai at Flow Yoga Chiang Mai was OUTSTANDING!!! Great instructor, good accommodation, delicious food and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Flow Yoga Chiang Mai Yoga Retreat was wonderful. During the timeframe of 29 Mar – 31 Mar 25, my cousin and I had the pleasure of attending the three-day retreat. We were joined with one other individual, a doctor. So, it was the three of us for all three days. We were at different levels. I, the beginner, my cousin who has done some yoga, and the doctor, more advanced, who most definitely had been in many yoga positions, several times over. Even with everyone being at different levels. Our instructor, Ms Amori, great instructor, courteous, polite, but stern. She was able to make each one of us feel like the retreat was designed just for that individual. She challenged us, but was never overbearing, pushing us to our limits, but never to the breaking point. The accommodation was just right. We each had our own room with shower, very comfortable air conditioning, but no TV, which I didn’t mind because the Wi-Fi worked. The meals were off the chain!! Authentic Thai cuisine, that was as delicious, as they looked. We had a different dish for each meal. All cooked and prepared with pride, seasoned to your spicy level of taste. If you liked spicy, you got it spicy, if you didn’t want it spicy, so be it. Plus, there was a lot of food, I was stuffed after each meal. The tour of the temples was very informative, I must warn you to wear socks, because the deck walking around the temples is very hot. The tour guide (our instructor) explained many of the artifacts in the temples and was also able to relate many of Buddhist teaching to the Mindfulness and Meditation Retreat. I really enjoyed my 3 Day Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga Retreat in Chiang Mai at Flow Yoga Chiang Mai. The instructor was great, the accommodation was just right, the food was delicious, and I learned a lot about the temples. In all, I’m looking forward to coming back and doing it all over again. KEVIN

Many Thanks and much love to Amori and her Family

I stayed with Amori and her family for a retreat for 3 days. I was looked after and cooked for with a lot of love and dedication. I felt very comfortable and completely safe and learned a lot from the conversations and from the shared meditation and yoga classes. I will not forget this time and should the opportunity arise, I can return to a longer retreat at any time. I would like to thank Amori again very much for the teaching and the intensive discussions and to her family for the loving accommodation and care.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to rebalance your life

Amorni was the most hospitable host and her home is full of nature and with comfortable living quarters. I came out of this experience feeling rested, peaceful, and ready for a year ahead of kindness and love. Amorni accommodates whatever you ask for, though the typical schedule includes a morning yoga/mediation session and evening yoga/meditation session, with meals and snacks provided. She also brought me to the local temple and market. Agreed with other guests who said this is more of a homestay than a strict yoga/meditation retreat. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to slow down in their lives, potentially gain new perspectives, and just enjoy their time with AMAZING food and mindful activities. Beyond yoga, meditation, and food, I most enjoyed talking to Amorni and hearing about her life and story. It’s inspiring and really moving to see how she’s able to give her kindness and wisdom to people around the world every day.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Mandy, for a 5-star review and I am so grateful that you take time to write and share your detailed experiences about yoga, meditation, food, and other stuff. Much appreciated. I am glad that you had a great experience. This mindfulness and yoga retreat is designed for participants not only to enjoy yoga & meditation but also to enjoy unique local travel experiences. We want you to find peace of mind and inner peace. Please bring back your positive energy and continue your yoga and meditation practice on your own. Please spread the word around your family and friends about our retreat. I hope to see you again if you come back to Chiang Mai. With love & care, Amori. Also, thank you for your kind note.

3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chiang Mai.

How much does 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai cost?

+

Prices start at $14800 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chiang Mai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai take?

+

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chiang Mai is not rushed.

Is 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chiang Mai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai?

+

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chiang Mai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chiang Mai and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chiang Mai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Chiang Mai?

+

On Outty we rank every Chiang Mai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Thai Cooking Class at Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Full Day Thai Cooking at Farm (Chiang Mai), Thai and Akha Cooking Class in Chiang Mai. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Chiang Mai?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Chiang Mai?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
