    Highly Recommend Macleod Heilan Tours!

We took a 3-day Highland & Isle of Skye tour with Macleod Heilan Tours, and it was hands-down one of the best travel experiences we've had. Our guide, John Sheedy, made the trip - he's loquacious, hilarious, and a natural storyteller, with a deep well of knowledge about Scottish history that turned our experience into a highlight reel of legends, battles, and local lore. We were never bored for a second. Traveling privately made all the difference. The van was clean, comfortable, and easily fit our family of three (two adults and one college student) with room to spare. The itinerary struck the perfect balance - thoughtfully planned, but flexible enough that we could linger at a favorite spot or tweak the plan on the fly without any hassle. If you're planning a trip to Scotland, do yourself a favor and book with Macleod Heilan Tours - and if you can request John as your guide, even better. We can't recommend him, or this company, highly enough.

    5 star service

We had a fantastic experience with Macleod Heilan Tours. John was quick to respond from our first inquiry. He offered suggestions and was patient with all my questions. The tour vehicle was extremely clean and well kept. Our guide Glenn was knowledgeable and and joy to send time with. We can't recommend this tour company enough and would book again if we return to Scotland.

What should I bring or wear?
