Amazed in Jordan

Ahmed made our experience spectacular. It was cold but he kept us going and encouraged us to take pictures and ask questions.

Wonderful experience!!! Would definitely do it again!

Our trip was perfect, many thanks to our driver, guide and miracle worker, Murad. He took care of us, and we didn't have to think about anything. He was willing to help and answer any of our questions. Murad was very calm and reassuring, so we felt really safe with him. Also, he took amazing photos of us! The trip itself is perfect. We were thinking of going on a two-day trip, but I'm glad we chose a three-day trip. You have more time in Petra, and since you live just 5 minutes away from the entrance, you can start early, but those 7 hours we had still weren't enough) Jeeping in Wadi Rum was great, as well as a spa day at the Dead Sea in Holiday Inn, and a visit to Madaba city, Shobak castle and Mount Nebo (we were lucky to see Jerusalem). The only thing I found ridiculous was the classic tent in the camp in Wadi Rum. It looks so bad inside, I'm not sure there was a socket to charge the phone. So tiny and uncomfortable with a low ceiling, it felt like a marketing move to upgrade to a better option, which we did, but we felt we were forced to. The deluxe tent was really good, though.

Everything as planned and even better.

The tour was definitely complete and the driver really kind and gentle. We spent the three days in Jordan visiting all we could see. MUST DO tour here in Jordan.

A superb, well-organised tour.

We had a wonderful time in Jordan, being brilliantly guided by Khalil. The itinerary was excellent - we saw so much but without ever feeling rushed or pressurised. Khalil was a really good, safe driver and very considerate, checking regularly to see if we needed anything, and happy to adapt any timings to make sure the trip suited us (it did!). Khalil is very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour, and we enjoyed his company for the 3 days. The car having WiFi was amazing, and charge points too. The accommodation was lovely both nights. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amman.

How much does 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas cost?

+

Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amman usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas take?

+

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amman is not rushed.

Is 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 94 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 497 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Amman, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas suitable for kids and families?

+

How far in advance should I book 3-Day from Amman: Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt.Nebo, Dana, Red & Dead Seas?

+

Around 174 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amman can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amman and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Amman?

+

On Outty we rank every Amman experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Amman: Petra and Wadi rum Private/Group Full day Tour, From Amman :Private or Group Full day tour to Petra, Amman Petra Full-Day Trip. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Amman?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Amman?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
