    Highly Recommended Retreat!!!

Guðný and Stefán’s Retreats are phenomenal! I just experienced their Solar Eclipse Retreat and they went above and beyond. The meditations combined with live sound baths were a beautiful and unique experience. The food they prepared was delicious and were mindful of everyone’s food restrictions and sensitivities. Their storytelling was magical. The singing🎶 And so so much more! They are a dynamic duo!! Thank you for such a once in a lifetime event🙏🏼💗

    Cozy intimate retreat in Iceland

This was a small, intimate retreat led by two kind and hospitable hosts who put a great deal of care into creating a welcoming experience. They are also knowledgeable guides who generously share their love of Iceland and offer helpful insight for those exploring the country. We stayed in a clean, comfortable home that also serves as an Airbnb, with an outdoor hot tub, kitchen, and open gathering space upstairs. The retreat included shared meals, visits to Gullfoss and Geysir, and lunch at a local mushroom farm. The hosts are talented musicians, and music was woven throughout the experience alongside Reiki, oracle cards, and other spiritual practices. I especially appreciated the opportunity to share the retreat with my daughter and enjoyed getting to know the other participants. This is not a highly structured retreat or an in-depth training. It is a personal, informal experience centered on connection, reflection, introductory learning, and time together in a beautiful setting.

    Homegrown Spiritual Icelandic Retreat

If you’re considering the Armonia Retreat in Iceland, it’s helpful to know what kind of experience you’re signing up for. This is not a luxury resort or a highly polished commercial wellness retreat. Instead, it’s a deeply personal, intimate, and authentic experience that feels more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The retreat takes place in the owners’ beautiful country house, about 10 minutes outside Selfoss. The home is also used as an Airbnb, and while it’s simple in style, it’s exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed in a cozy Scandinavian/IKEA aesthetic. Surrounded by Iceland’s peaceful countryside, it feels wonderfully secluded, yet I always felt completely safe. Because the retreat is held in the home, the group is naturally very small, which creates a close, supportive atmosphere. The hosts return to their own nearby home in the evenings to be with their family, allowing guests to enjoy the peaceful setting while still feeling well cared for. Each evening we enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals, and there was time to relax in the hot tub, connect with the other guests, and simply slow down. The husband and wife who host the retreat are both musicians, and music is woven beautifully into the experience. Their warmth and creativity make the retreat feel unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The heart of Armonia is its founder. She is genuinely gifted, deeply spiritual, and incredibly generous with both her time and her heart. Throughout the weekend she shared beautiful handmade gifts she had created herself, making the experience feel uniquely Icelandic and deeply personal. Our sessions included runes, Celtic spirituality, tarot, meditation, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for personal reflection. Nothing felt rushed or scripted. It was authentic, heartfelt, and created with obvious love and intention. If you’re looking for a five-star spa resort, this may not be the right retreat for you. But if you’re seeking an intimate, soulful, homegrown experience with genuine connection, Icelandic hospitality, and a host who truly cares about every guest, Armonia is something very special. It was exactly the kind of authentic Icelandic retreat I had hoped to find, and I left feeling nourished, inspired, and grateful.

3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Reykjavik.

How much does 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland cost?

    +

Prices start at $799 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Reykjavik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland take?

    +

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Reykjavik is not rushed.

Is 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Reykjavik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Reykjavik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Reykjavik and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3 Day Deep Healing Journey and Relaxing Spiritual Retreat Iceland start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Reykjavik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Reykjavik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Reykjavik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Reykjavik Food Walk - Local Foodie Adventure in Iceland, Small-Group Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon with Ticket & Kerid Crater, Reykjavík Small group Walking Tour - by CityWalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Reykjavik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Reykjavik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
