Ah very happy and satisfied customer
My sincere thanks go to the guides Kan Ma and Mike. Both of them were very professional, providing us with detailed travel information along the way in l fluent English and Chinese during their three days with Kan Ma and the second half with Mike. Kan Ma is so sweet that whenever he gets a chance to see wildlife, he stops and takes pictures. Since the hotel I was staying at was a distance from the restaurant where I ate breakfast, in Casper Town Kan also enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage from the lobby of the hotel to the car to pick me up at the restaurant. As for Mike, I like that he interacts with the guests with multiple-choice Q&A awards so that they review what they learned the other day and so that they don't find their journey boring. He dropped me off at the front of his house, even though he had been off work by then and was perfectly able to drop me off a few blocks away after arranging a hotel in Banff Town for the other tourists' family. Their service is five stars and highly recommended!

3-day trip in Banff, jasper and yoho park
Kan was our guide, he’s nice, funny, relatable and patient. We had a very nice family trip. The group size was 11 people, four families. By the end of the trip, everyone is familiar with other members in the group. Quite a nice and lovely experience. Would highly recommend this trip.

I have done many tours...
I have done many tours with Viator and I was really happy with it. But this time was an exception.. Points were covered but there were multiple issues.. When I booked the tour I have been told that we will get pickup from calgary downtown. When I got the confirmation from tour operators they told us that pickup is only from airport and we accepted it. There was no mention about the hotels or iternary in the confirmation.. As per this confirmation driver was suppose to pick us from airport. We were running late by 10 15 minutes. We have informed driver and also tour operators. But driver said he will stop only for 10 mins.. finally he left from airport and told us to wait until 2pm for next bus. Seriously? You expect someone to wait for bus for 4 hours?? First day was suppose to be tour in Calgary but we were in hotel for whole day doing nothing. No one even contacted us on first day. Hotel accommodation washed for Next day we went to Jasper for a stay but hotel accommodation was really bad. Hotel location was good but no coffee or water provided in the room. Whereas for other members on the tour were provided good hotel including kettle stove cutlery everything. Not sure why accommodation was given different to different people.. It will
Response from the operator: Dear Dipti, Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We understand that your experience fell short of expectations due to the following reasons: Pickup Location Confusion: While the pickup point was clearly stated as Calgary Airport in the product description, we regret any confusion this may have caused. Airport Pickup Delay: We understand that you informed us at the appointed time that you would be 10-15 minutes late. Please understand that we had other guests who were on time, and the driver could only wait for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, you had to wait two hours for the next bus. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. First Day Free Time: The first day in Calgary is designed as a free day to allow our guests who have taken long flights to rest and recuperate. We apologize if you cannot enjoy your day in Calgary. Inconsistent Hotel Accommodation: We understand your concern about the varying amenities provided at the hotel in Jasper. The availability of amenities such as coffee, water, a kettle, and cutlery depends on the hotel's availability. If you have special requests, we recommend contacting the hotel front desk for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. value your feedback and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards, Joyce

3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Calgary.
How much does 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup cost?
+
Prices start at $401 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Calgary usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Calgary is not rushed.
Is 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Calgary, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Calgary can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Calgary and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3-Day Columbia Icefield & Jasper Tour from Calgary, airport pickup start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Calgary within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Calgary?
+
On Outty we rank every Calgary experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Explore Banff National Park Premium Day Trip, Discover Banff National Park - Premium Day Trip, Day of Dinosaurs & Hoodoos from Calgary to Drumheller Badlands. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Calgary?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Calgary?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
