An amazing hiking getaway to create beautiful memories

This was a weekend escape from the city to explore the natural wonders of Albany. I was invited by my friend a week before, and I gladly said yes. I was looking forward to the views, but also looking forward to a full night sleep (thanks kids). I've hiked before, so I knew what to expect in terms of physical activity. Luckily I had some fitness level to hike up Devil's Slide, so I'd only recommend this climb for people with no physical injuries or major limitations. This tour was just incredible and the guides were amazing. I felt safe and encouraged by Tracy and Mark. Whether you are looking for a day hike (also done a few of these), or a weekender hiking trip, I would recommend Off the Beaten Track to take you!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with OTBT and for your recommendation. We are so glad you joined us last minute on this adventure and that you found it incredible. I am honored to read that you felt safe and encouraged as those are high on the list of things we strive for on our tours. Looking forward to seeing you out there again soon.

Awesome Weekend

Just did my first hiking weekend with OTBT and it was an amazing experience. Our guides were awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and very conscious of of our hiking ability. Accommodation in Albany was great, very central to cafe's and restaurants where we dined and the food was delicious. First hike on the Bald Head Trail was challenging but the views were breathtaking. Our second hike had to be cancelled due to weather conditions but the alternative was organised immediately including our winery lunch. We hiked Mount Hallowell in Denmark and this hike was fantastic definitely a contrast from the previous day and the views at the top were astounding. We also did a sunrise hike to Point King Lighthouse ruins which was not on our itinerary but our guides went out of their way to get up early to take us and the sunrise was spectacular. Will definitely do another tour with OTBT

Response from the operator: We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review! We take pride in knowing our clients are happy with their first weekend experience. Words like amazing and awesome, what more could we ask for? Thrilled that you will be joining us again on the trails soon!

Cape to Cape Glamping

Spent 7 days doing the Cape to Cape Glamping Trip. Wow what an experience! Fantastic set up, very organised and lovely accommodation. All meals provided so we had nothing to think about, just enjoy the journey. Our guides Heidi and Andrew, were awesome, very informative, loads of fun, and even took care of our weary feet to allow us to complete the trip. Highly recommended if you are looking for a challenge and a different kind of holiday.

Response from the operator: Wow thank you! It's wonderful to know that you found the set up fantastic and that your journey was well organised. Our guides Heidi and Andrew will be so pleased to hear your amazing feedback!

Albany Adventure

I had a lovely time on a weekend group hiking trip with OTBT. I was quite nervous about not being the typical demographic of attendees and also having unique needs due to a psychosocial disability. I felt very welcome and greatly appreciated the bonds made. Above all you can really sense the passion and care OTBT has towards sharing their love of hiking and the amazing mindfulness benefits. Our hiking trips were excellently curated featuring a range of landscapes, challenges, and most importantly truly inclusive of all that attended. The pairing of food and visiting local highlights was also excellent! Communication beforehand was a breeze and reassuring to my nerves. I felt extremely safe and well cared for and encouraged by the staff across my hikes. Very highly recommend, I am looking forward to booking another adventure again and supporting this great business :~ )

Response from the operator: Hi Jayde, Thank you so much for joining us on this adventure filled weekender and sharing these beautiful words with the world about OTBT! They say when you do what you love it doesn't feel like work, and that is the truth! Can't wait to share more natural beauty with you in the near future!

3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Perth.

How much does 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany cost?

+

Prices start at $1395 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Perth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany take?

+

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Perth is not rushed.

Is 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Perth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Perth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Perth and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3-Day Coastal Natural Wonders and Hiking Tour in Albany start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Perth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Perth?

+

On Outty we rank every Perth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Optus Stadium Tour, Discover Perth Walking Tour: History, Art, Local Insights + More!, Pinnacles Desert Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Perth?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Perth?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
