Wonderful family time on Grand Pioneer
Such a special time cruising with Grand Pioneer on Ha Long Bay. Everything was perfect, the rooms, views, food and staff. A special thank you to Lucy for looking after all of our fussy dietary needs, she was so kind and attentive. Just wish we had a little more time to stay on the boat and relax/enjoy. Would happily not go on the beach swim activity just so we had more time on the boat. This cruise is worth the splurge!

Best cruise for Halong experience
Super experience. Luxury at its best. Triple ocean room was grand and the overall hospitality was amazing. Awesome meals and their attention to specific strict dietary preferences is appreciated. Great and helpful staff. Awesome pool with sunset views. Overall a wonderful experience.

I cannot imagine a better cruise experience! From start to finish, Grand Pioneers Cruise was amazing! The staff is very friendly and has every detail taken care of. We especially loved the. Cruise Manager, Jerry, and our server, Ben! If you want a 6-star experience, Grand Pioneers really delivers!! They helped us celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and we loved it!! We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Ha Long Bay cruise
Everything was exceptional, from the quality of the food to the room service. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the overall level of service was top-notch. The ship itself is very impressive beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. It really has everything you need for a perfect vacation. A special moment for us was celebrating my friend’s birthday on board. The team went above and beyond by organizing a cake and flowers, which made the day feel extra special and memorable. We would especially like to thank our waiter, Tu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. He made sure everything was perfect for us at all times, and his warm attitude really stood out. We only stayed for one night, but honestly, we wish we had booked for longer time. It’s one of those experiences you don’t want to end. Highly recommend!

Nice boat but itinerary
Just don't feel right being in this cruise. Everything packed in and not much time to relax. Further more the cruise is clean, well presented staff but overcrowded . The design seems not to fit in with scenery in the bay! The actual time on the cruise was not that much (About 3 hours) the rest was on shuttle+ constant activities. If you wanna have an unique experience. choose small boats!
