    They stole my money.

They stole my money to say they’d take pictures and send them by 12:00 pm noon. After already paying for an excursion. Beware.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand how frustrating this must be. For your privacy, please send us a DM with your reservation details and photo purchase confirmation. We’ll investigate with our team and follow up with a clear resolution.

SCAM !!! Dont even waste your money here

Scam !! Dont do it ! The speedboat they have advertised is NOT the speedboats they actually have. They DO NOT actually host parasailing either, they go through a whole different company. I didnt even get to go parasailing & my speedboat experience was literally in the rain… they didnt even offer a refund due to weather which forced me to do the ride that lasted 10 minutes in the rain 🥲 DONT DO IT !! They also charge an extra 400MXN when you arrive as a “fee”… just save yourself stress and skip this false advertising.

Response from the operator: Hello We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding the weather conditions unfortunately, rain can sometimes affect the duration and enjoyment of outdoor activities. However, our team always prioritizes safety first and follows clear policies established for weather related situations.

    This experience was...

This experience was awesome!!! The only reason why I have it 4 stars and not 5 because I had to wait for other people to finish their activities before I could go home. If you have your own transportation then you’ll have a great time!

Very nice activity but poor organization

The activities were very nice. We did the speedboat before the parasailing even though we were told the opposite when I booked. The organization was very poor. When we got to the meeting pick-up place, no one knew about any activity of parasailing so we got worried thinking we had been frauded. Then they said the reservation was only for the speedboat. The lady who served us was very nice and tried to find more information to assist us. Her name was Laura Medina. That's when we understood we would do the parasailing afterwards. But nowhere in her system it showed I had two activities booked. She had to contact someone to get additional information. The crew who came to pick us up for the second activity took very long. We waited for about 40 minutes. The parasailing was awesome so as the speedboat. I recommend to all but make sure they communicate between the activities to avoid surprises.

2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun cost?

    +

Prices start at $135 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun take?

    +

Plan for about 0.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 215 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun?

    +

Around 75 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 0.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 2 in 1 Parasailing and Jet Sky Tour in Cancun start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
