Very disappointed booking that we didn't go and demand for fulll refund
I would like to express a very disappointing experience for this spa treatment advertisement on Trip Advisor. I made research in Trip Advisor regarding spa treatment in Ubud Area and decided to go for the TEJAS SPA. Trip Advisor had provided this Spa Treatment package, saying this Spa Treatment package is "a way to experience TEJAS SPA". After I purchased the package, the spa agent asked us to go to another spa centre which is way cheaper than Tejas Spa. After checking with the agent, they said they only offer spa in Orchid Spa. (refer to the chat history in the photo) If the agent only provide treatment in Orchid Spa, why would they made advertisement on the page of Tejas Spa? At the end I did not go for the spa due to incorrect location and I demand for a full refund.

Best Spa Treatment Ever!!
My 2 hour treatment of full body message, body scrub, foot wash, yogurt lotion, and flower bath was the best spa experience I've ever had. Not only is the location beautiful but the staff were great and friendly. Sandi preformed my treatments and she was amazing. If I ever get back to Bali I will be sure to visit again. You won't be disappointed!

Scrub was highlight
Pick up was a bit of a let down as apparently the office didn't let the driver know of our pick up instructions for our hotel. Based on the information on Tripadvisor, I thought we would be taken to the Ubud Traditional Spa, however we were taken to the Bali Orchid Spa. It wasn't a big deal but the information should have been more accurate. For the actual spa, we loved the full body scrub and the flower petal bath. The ladies were very nice and did a great job making us feel relaxed. Great that they were able to drop us off at the markets instead of our hotel after we had finished. * My only warning is that if you are a female, this experience may not be for you if you are quite a modest person. You are not allowed to wear a bra and they put a tiny piece of farbic over your chest when you are facing upwards. When we were told to take a shower, the ladies stayed in the room and it made me very uncomfortable getting up topless in front of them given the sarongs were taken away at that point.
