Bad Preparation
Upon arrival, I was very frustrated regarding no signage or staff to direct me inside to know what to do to inform someone of my arrival. Once I found out I needed a sign and was told the staff would find me, my party waited almost 30 minutes past my departure time. The bartender did not have our drinks loaded until the last minute although he acknowledged my sign earlier. But I watched him walk back and forth in preparation of the ride. The bus was filthy with trash and the staff said, it was not going to be cleaned prior to departure. I have pictures. There were not enough seats for everyone. The bus did not have the restroom as stated online. This was my birthday celebration but I was so outdone. My mood was just ruined. Prior to my party date, I made several attempts to reduce the number in my party. The price reduction was acknowledged but I could not check out with the changed price.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I’m really sorry your birthday celebration didn’t go the way you wanted. That’s the last thing we want for anyone. A couple of important clarifications: The confirmation email states that alcohol needs to be ordered in advance. Most groups on this tour did not pre-order, which is why the bartender was still loading drinks at the last minute. I understand how frustrating that delay was and why it set a bad tone right away. Regarding the restroom — both our website and the Viator listing clearly state there is no restroom on board. We don’t advertise or claim that there is one. Additionally, your reservation was made through Viator, which is a third-party platform. We don’t have access to their systems, so any changes to passenger count or pricing have to be handled directly through them. That could be why you weren’t able to complete the price adjustment when you tried to reduce the number of guests. On the seating — the party buses do have seats, but most people end up standing and dancing during the ride, which is pretty typical for these experiences. That said, some of what you described is on us. Waiting nearly 30 minutes past departure - though due to alcohol not being purchased in advance, unclear signage when you arrived, a dirty bus with trash, and the overall chaos is problematic. I’m especially sorry this happened on your birthday and that it ruined the mood for you and your group. I’ve shared your comments with our team so we can clean up the process and the buses. The Partyless Party Bus
It’s a tourist trap. They have you start at their bar. Our 8:15 tour did not start until 8:40. They took us just past downtown and then back to their bar/starting point for restroom and to buy drinks. There was not a bartender on board, only “pre purchased” drinks that we had to order in advance, which we were never notified of. After nearly 20 minutes of being stuck back at their bar, we did a two mile loop which went past the arena, through some hotel parking lots and allys and then back to their bar to end the trip. No bathroom on board. DJ was just a playlist pushed through PA system.

Every guest who books our party bus receives the same confirmation email with clear instructions on how alcohol works, including a link to purchase drinks in advance. We are not BYOB, and we do not have a bartender selling drinks once the bus is moving. When drinks haven’t been ordered ahead of time, it can delay departure while guests purchase what they’d like before we leave. That appears to be what caused your 8:15 departure to leave a bit late. We did make up the time later in the evening so the overall experience length stayed on track. A couple of other details: We do not advertise bathrooms on our party buses because there are none on board. And our buses do not travel through Nashville’s alleys — several of them simply wouldn’t fit even if we tried. Nashville has plenty of narrow side streets, hotel service roads, and back entrances that can look unfamiliar at night, but alleys are not part of our routes. The music on our party buses is played through the onboard sound system. It’s designed to be a fun, social atmosphere rather than a guided tour or a nightclub with a live DJ. I understand this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, and I’m sorry it fell short for your group. At the same time, calling us a “tourist trap” doesn’t reflect who we are. We’re a locally owned Nashville company that hosts tens of thousands of guests, and we work hard to be clear about what each experience includes before anyone steps on the bus. We appreciate the feedback and wish your night with us had been more enjoyable.
