    E-bike and beyond

What a wonderful ride. We saw so much in 2 hours. Perfect weather, scenic views and safe e-bikes. I have ridden e-bike before but I was still a bit nervous. Danny explained things from A-Z. He had us ride around the parking lot to make sure the seat was adjusted properly and that we felt comfortable. Great company at a great price. Until next time 👋

    Disappointed by local bike shop.

Came to town for wife's birthday, booked e bike tour. Bought her a new helmet so she wouldn't have to use a rental. Showed up early to trailhead and explored. Thirty minutes before the start the bike shop texted that due to rain last night they were cancelling our rental. I talked to locals at the trailhead after they finished their rides and they indicated trails were fine. Don't plan a trip around this outfit.

Response from the operator: Hello., I would like to start by saying again that we very are sorry that you weren’t able to go on your ride due to the severe weather conditions we have had all past week during our monsoon season specially the night before your ride as I stated to you over the phone. Your safety is our priority and the trail as I explain to you over the phone had a lot of muddy puddles and water puddles making it unsafe to ride specially for someone that had never ridden an ebike before as you mentioned it was your wife’s first time trying one. Also the weather showed severe thunderstorms and 60% of rain for the day (which it continued to rain and thunder storm during the whole day) which is why we had to close “All” of our rentals and cancel and or reschedule any other rentals we had for that day as our policy states in your confirmation email offering the option to reschedule or get a full refund due to the weather. The trail is I over 100 miles with numerous trails so unfortunately we can’t go by what other people’s opinions are about the trail conditions. We have an exact route that we scout every time it monsoons, this section is the route we follow in our rides and it was not in proper riding conditions making it difficult and dangerous to traverse the trail. Also bikes damage the trail creating ruts when trail is ridden under muddy conditions and we like to do our part in preserving our beautiful trails for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately we can’t control the weather and specially during monsoon season as it very unpredictable and definitely not safe to ride during thunderstorms and or bad trail conditions. We are sorry you weren’t able to reschedule as we offered which we understand, but we did fully refunded your reservation as our policy states in all our confirmation emails our customers receive. Thank you and again we apologize for your inconvenience. Tony-Owner

Prescott EBike - Great Customer Service

Prescott EBike rentals are a great company to schedule EBike rentals & we are returning customers!!! Danny & Brian were very helpful, explained everything in great detail & delivered our six rental EBikes to our trailhead (Prescott Peavine Trail & Iron King Trail). Danny took the time to make sure our older riders (over 55+) were feeling safe & ready for this ride!! Danny took pics of our group for us to always remember our July 4th memories!! Thank you Prescott EBike

Response from the operator: Thank you ! Glad to see you guys again ! I ma glad you guys were well taken care of and will pass on the message to Danny and Brian. Thanks

An enjoyable way to spend the morning

You can get a little exercise and see some beautiful scenery at the same time. It’s a self guided tour so you can go as slow or fast as you like. Luckily the weather was perfect because I’m sure nice weather added to the experience.

Response from the operator: So glad you guys had a good time and enjoyed your experience.

How long does 2 Hour E bike Ride at The Peavine Trail (Popular) take?

    +

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 86 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 270 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Prescott, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Hour E bike Ride at The Peavine Trail (Popular)?

What should I bring or wear?

    +

When is the best time to visit Prescott?

    +

Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Prescott, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
