Do not put yourself at the mercy of this awful company

Please let me warn you away from this tour company. They did not deliver the services they promised us and left us in a very vulnerable position. My friend and I booked a 3 day-2 night tour that was supposed to pick us up in Sevilla take us to Tangier, spend the night in Tangier then travel to Chefchaouen, spend the night in Chefchaouen then return all the way back to Sevilla. I'm not very well traveled and since we are two women we chose to travel with a guided tour. However, it quickly became apparent how disorganized this company was and how poor their communication was. It felt unsafe. I will say our local guide in Tangier, Rachid, was great! Very kind, very hospitable, and you could see that he was looking out for everyone and making sure we were safe and having fun. He even gave my friend and I his personal card in case we needed him for the rest of the trip. However, the tour of Tangier was so touristy. I guess it's like any border town, but it just felt overwhelming and uncomfortable. Nothing felt authentic. Then in Chefchaouen, the same thing. Side note, if you have only seen "the blue city" of Morocco in IG and social media posts, it's beautiful, the people are kind, but the whole thing is just a tourist trap. The entire reason the city is blue is to increase tourism. There's no cultural reason behind it. After our first day in Tangier, we had no guide with us. A driver picked us up and then we were left to our own devices in Chefchaouen. Then a driver picked us up and dropped us back at the ferry the next day. We had to stalk tour groups to find a guide and ask how we were supposed to get back to Sevilla from Tarifa. This poor guide said it was her first day on the job. Contacts her office and tells us, oh, we were supposed to travel back on the bus with her group but no one had told her that. So, in other words, if we hadn't ambushed her, we would have been left abandoned at a ferry port with no way to get the 2.5 hours back by bus to Sevilla. I should mention we WhatsApped all the numbers we had for the tour company the whole time and no one ever responded. We were lucky that no one took advantage of us, and we met only kind and hospitable people. But there were definitely moments when I felt unsafe, and when people could have taken advantage. I don't like having to rely on the kindness of strangers, and that's exactly the position we were put in by this mess of a tour company. Do not waste your money or your mental well-being on this awful tour company.

Response from the operator: Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear the inconveniences you had and we would like to express our most sincere apologies. Nevertheless we must point out that we always take care of our guests and all of our staff is available 24/7 to answer any question you may had. Kind regards from Sevilla.

    Our Adventure in Tangier

We were not certain about booking this tour as reviews had mentioned that information given out was not always complete, especially with so many different guides and means of travel. Everything worked out wonderfully for us, travel and guides were on time and we never felt "stranded." The guide in Tangier, Rashid, was very enthusiastic and moved very quickly. My grandon really enjoyed the comel ride. We had a family of six ranging from seven years to 70+ years and often could not keep up with his fast pace. After the delicious lunch, Rashid, recruited one of his coworkers also named Rashid, to take us around the medina, which worked much better for all of us. Thank you very much. Our hotel was very nice and was located just off of the main beach road, so we were able to see the sights and find a great place for dinner. We felt very safe. The next morning, the hotel had an included breakfast buffet and allowed us to store our luggage until being picked up at 4:30 pm. We made our way back to the Medina to shop and explored the narrow alleys. We were picked up on time and taken to the ferry with tickets, went through customs in Tarifa, met our van , and headed home. It was a great experience for all of us. Thank you to Naturanda for our 2 days in Morocco!

    Lousy logistics

Bad experience. I don't recommend it. The tour promises two days in Tangier and we were not even 24 hours enjoying. ALL the first day was transport pass too late by us and the Ferry to Tangier at 5pm and when you arrive it is night not worth it. The second day we started the tour 12pm because we had more than 1 hour waiting on a bus for people arriving for the day tour. The very dear guides but the experience as such and very very bad logistics.

Smooth transport from bus to ferry and to bus. Glad we went for two days with walking tour in different areas.

Day one was mostly transport with stops in souvenir shops. Day two, much better.

I would hire again without hesitation

From start to finish, everything excellent we could enjoy the excursion fully, Rashid and Ali, great as Laura and José who withdrew us on the ferry with a van 0km from the ferry, the wonderful hotel with Pileta and its people so willing and polite (we felt like kings), a little away from the Medina but €4 a taxi round trip we enjoyed on our day off.

2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.

How much does 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville cost?

    +

Prices start at $377 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville take?

    +

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.

Is 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 2 Days Tangier (Morocco) Trip from Seville start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seville?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seville?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
