Fantastic!

We had the pleasure of taking our tour with Dimitris this past week. He was an excellent guide and went above and beyond on numerous occasions. He was very clear about the upcoming days events and frequently would provide tips to make our tour more enjoyable. We also liked how he would give us options about how the day would unfold so that it met our needs. We stopped at a few different locations for meals and all of them were delicious! He further displayed excellent English, was easy to understand and very fun to spend time with. Highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience with Dimitris! We're thrilled to hear he made your tour enjoyable with his helpful and accommodating guidance. Come back soon for more memorable adventures!

Great Trip to Delphi and Meteora

Our driver, Panos, was excellent. He knew the best places to eat, how to access the sites most efficiently, and the history of each. His driving was calm in a country full of aggressive drivers. We stayed at a top notch hotel with views of Meteora that were second to none. Panos was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing experience. Delphi and Meteora are "must see" destinations in Greece and we would heartily recommend this group.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear Panos provided an excellent experience and that you enjoyed your trip. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to assist you again in the future!

Amazing experience

This trip was amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He changed plans based on the whims of my teenager. And we ended up with the best experience possible. The hotel was great with a beautiful view. The car was spacious and comfortable. And the scenery was out of this world. Highly recommend this trip!

Response from the operator: We're delighted you had a fantastic experience with our team, enjoying the tailored itinerary, accommodating service, and the stunning scenery. Thank you for recommending us!

Great Two Day Trip

We enjoyed getting out of the city and into the beautiful Greek countryside. Seeing the museum and archaeological site at Delphi made history come alive. After the site visit. we had an amazing lunch at a licsl restaurant with an incredible view of the countryside. The hotel was comfortable. The natural formations around Meteora are breathtaking. We visited several monasteries, all with great views, and incredible artwork Another great lunch at a small seafood taverna on the water. Andres is outgoing, knowledgeable and took good care of us. We enjoyed our time with him

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're thrilled you appreciated the history, stunning landscapes, and the care provided by Andreas. Your kind words inspire us to continue delivering exceptional adventures.

Unreal experience with a fantastic driver

This was a sensational tour and thoroughly recommend it. Terry was our driver who was absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer about history, the sites and everything along the way. He was so calm, polite and flexible with our requirements, such as staying longer to take extra photos in particular places. Meteora, Delphi and Thermopyles were unbelievable. Terry also made us aware of a 15 minute 3D video that was available to watch at the Thermopyles site cultural centre which gives people a summary of what happened at the site, worth watching especially for those unfamiliar with the historical significance of the place. Do yourself a favour and go on this tour, you won't be disappointed.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review, dear Alexios! We are truly delighted to hear that your tour was a sensational experience and that Terry made such a positive impression on your journey. It’s fantastic to know his knowledge, calm nature, and flexibility helped make your experience even more enjoyable. Thank you again for your strong recommendation. It was a pleasure having you travel with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Greece for another unforgettable experience in the future!

2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.

How much does 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora cost?

+

Prices start at $174 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.

Is 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 65 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora?

+

Around 23 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 2 Days Private Tour: Delphi & Meteora start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Athens?

+

On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Athens?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Athens?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
