AVOID this company if you expect to get what you paid for
AVOID this company if you want to be treated with respect and you want ro receive what you paid for. This company offered a 2-day Safari including 2 x 3hour safari drives. Both our drives fell short significantly in time and were so badly timed, that we were not even able to have a shower in our 5Star lodge before a 6hr drive back to Johannesburg. Trying to deal with the managers resulted in us being abused over text and threatened by one staff member. They admitted to faults in the timing, have since changed their brochures but are unwilling to offer a fair compensation. PLEASE for your sake, don’t let this company take what should be a wonderful experience and ruin it through incompetence, bad timings and people that only care about money and not their customers.

For the benefit of future guests reading this, we would like to provide some additional context. You requested a full refund approximately 24 hours before the safari was scheduled to start, due to changes in your international flights via Dubai. We offered to reschedule the entire trip for a later date at no extra cost, but we were unable to provide a refund given the late notice and the arrangements already in place. We proceeded with the safari in good faith. During the trip you expressed dissatisfaction with the timing and demanded a 50% refund, threatening negative reviews if it was not granted. After careful review, we could not justify a 50% refund. One game drive ran approximately 20 minutes shorter than scheduled, but we compensated by extending your time in Kruger National Park by over 40 minutes and upgrading you to a private safari vehicle. To address your concerns about timing, we provided the official game drive records (including vehicle entry and exit times from Kruger National Park), which confirmed the additional time spent in the park. However, you maintained that you did not receive this extra time. The nature of 2-day safaris from Johannesburg involves long travel days, which is why we generally recommend fly-in/fly-out options for a more relaxed experience. We communicated directly with you throughout the trip. We take all feedback seriously and have since updated our brochures and descriptions to provide clearer expectations on drive durations and overall scheduling. Amazing experience!
This safari is worth every penny. Shout out to the chef (Fort) and guide (Sulla) for just being great people and making sure the safari was well worth what was paid. I will be back with my family!
