Good tour well organized....
Good tour well organized. Sasha was a good guide. Getting on right train was pretty easy. I would def recommend upgrading to 1 st class. Some of the carriages in second class were not as well air conditioned.

Great experience Beijing-Xi'an
Tour guides in Beijing (Linda) and Xian (Sasha) was friendly and knowledgeable with their insights into the history of the places we visited and the driver was responsible and safe with his driving. At the end of the tour, I'm totally impressed by the long and amazing history of the Chinese Civilisation and their ingenuity.
Response from the operator: Dear friend, Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed Linda and Sasha's insights and the safe driving. It was our pleasure to share China's amazing history with you. Hope to welcome you back soon! Warm regards, China Xian Tour

Ancient Chinese Capital Is a Don’t Miss
Famous for the Terracotta Army located nearby, Xian also deserves a very significant place in Chinese history as an ancient capital, the eastern end of the Silk Road and a melting pot of multi-ethnic Chinese culture. All of this came out in our trip thanks to the meticulous planning by Lenna and our skillful guide. The Xian hotel was extremely comfortable too. As a 2-day trip, we had 2 long days: the first started at 5:30 am and the second ended at midnight. If you want more time in Xian or a slower pace, consider a 2 night trip perhaps. This trip worked great for us and fit in between other commitments we had in Beijing. We strongly recommend this trip.
Response from the operator: Dear Stuart, Many thanks for strongly recommending us. We are so glad to know that you enjoyed the 2 days Xian tour with our guide and was satisfied with our arrangement. We are looking forward to meeting you in the future and bringing more amazing travel experience for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you travel to China in the future. Worth it
Don’t let the 6 hour train ride intimidate you. This trip is fantastic and WORTH IT. Lenna contacted me as soon as my trip was booked. She is very efficient and communicative, which is so appreciative especially if you are traveling by yourself. The train tickets were already waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in and she gave me detailed instructions. (Be advised: they drop you off at the station and you figure it out yourself but download the Google Translate app and you’re good). She’s great! Then there’s Michelle, my guide in Xi’an. She was so nice and funny and just a great person. I would recommend you ask for her when you book this tour. The sites were fantastic. The Terra Cotta Warriors are beautiful and breath-taking but just be prepared to fight your way to front because Pit 1 is so extremely crowded and there’s no ventilation in there.
Response from the operator: Hi Patricia, Thank you so much for choosing our company to share your time in Xian. So glad to know that you are satisfied with our service and enjoyed the company of our guide Michelle when we talked on phone. She was very happy to know that you appreciated her service. Thanks again for recommending us. If you ever come to China again, please do not hesitate to contact us. All the best, Lenna | China Xian Tour

My visit to see Xian
Tour was excellent, guide, Noble was extremely knowledgeable about the warriors and the city history. Guide met me at the train station when I arrived and we began the tour. Guide was always on time and again was able to answer numerous questions during the tours. These folks did an outstanding job.
Response from the operator: Dear Kenneth, Thank you so much for praising us. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the tour with our guide Noble. Noble is one of our best tour guides and is liked by plenty of our clients. He was so happy to see you appreciated his service. Thanks again for highly recommending us. If you ever come to China again, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be greatly honored to provide service for you. Sincerely, Lenna | China Xian Tour

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.
How much does 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel cost?
+
Prices start at $369 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.
Is 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2 Days Beijing Xian Private Tour by Bullet Trains with Hotel start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Beijing?
+
On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Beijing?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Beijing?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
