The best choice for visiting the pyramids and Old Cairo
We booked a two-day private excursion to Old Cairo and the pyramids on the advice of a French friend, who had also had an excellent experience with Ibrahim. We trusted him and we were not disappointed, quite the contrary. Our guide, Ibrahim, spoke excellent French, which made the visits very pleasant. He took the time to explain the history of each place in detail and answered all our questions with patience. We were never rushed: he let us fully enjoy the sites, took beautiful photos of us, and made sure we had a good time. From the beginning, we felt confident with him, which made the experience even more pleasant. He was also very generous. He offered us bottles of water throughout the tour as well as an ice cream at the pyramids, even though it was not included in the service. He helped us discover some very good restaurants and never asked us for a tip. Beyond the tour, Ibrahim really took care of us. Even after the excursion ended, while we had changed cities, he remained available to answer our questions, give us advice, and let us know that if we had the slightest concern during our stay in Egypt, we could contact him and he would gladly help us. Just perfect, Ibrahim helped us discover Cairo over 2 days with the Giza plateau and Saqqara with plenty of very enriching explanations. And a visit to Cairo with the Citadel, Coptic quarter, the Souk, etc., perfect for discovering this bustling city. Hotel pickup, nice restaurants during the 2 days.
