Glad to have booked this tour
Tour guides were amazing. We had 2 guides from FlexiTours and both were really helpful and friendly. If you ever get a chance to have Chris as your tour guide, he is very cheerful and engaging and will make sure you are adequately looked after. We had none English people travelling with us and even they could tell he was a cheerful guide through his body language and tone. Praises to our other guide from Rotorua, Maryanne, she was also amazing but Chris stood out just that little bit more and made our holiday trip that much more amazing.

One of the best trips I’ve ever been on
Awesome true, amazing experience and got the chance to see most highlights on mainland New Zealand. I thought I would be missing out because I didn’t go to the southern islands, but it turns out I saw the most magnificent and breathtaking views and also historical landmarks like Hobbton and the glowworm caves as well as the Maori learning centers.

AMAZING 2 day trip
Everything you'll want to see - Hobbiton, Waitomo Glowworm caves, geyers, Maori cultural performance. Overnight stay at a very cute boutique hotel Regence of Rotorua - breakfast included. Van driver was friendly and amazing. I would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic
This tour was fantastic! The communication between the drivers and tour guides was excellent. Every transfer was seamless. We felt very well taken care of. This trip included so many activities and we were able to add on a tree walk on the second day! I wish we would have upgraded the hotel but ultimately it was only one night and it was safe, just old. I highly recommend this trip and would absolutely book again with this company.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Auckland?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Auckland?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
