A luxurious voyage through Vietnam's treasures
The service was impeccable, akin to a six-star standard, leaving us without a single complaint. The evening barbecue was a culinary extravaganza, boasting a tantalizing array of meats, seafood, and an abundance of vegetarian options, with personalized vegan dishes as an unexpected delight. Watching the skilled chefs prepare dishes like lamb chops, sea bass, and steak in front of us was a highlight for my partner. The village bike ride provided a fun cultural immersion, with the convenience of an electric cart available for tired adventurers. Afternoons were spent kayaking and swimming from the yacht, adding an adventurous element to our opulent journey. The beautifully appointed rooms, complete with plush beds and thoughtful personal touches, ensured our comfort throughout. In sum, this experience was nothing short of extraordinary and unquestionably worth every penny, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers seeking the perfect blend of luxury and adventure in Vietnam.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!
The location was absolutely phenomenal, and the entire journey was filled with great food, great staff, and great activities. We had the opportunity to go kayaking, explore two caves—one with a beach and swimming area, and the other with a massive chamber. Additionally, we enjoyed a cooking demonstration and even tried our hand at squid fishing. If you're in Hanoi and can spare two days, this experience is an absolute must!

No pick-up despite confirmation
The cruise itself I cannot rate because we were changed to a Verdure Lotus Cruises.This cruise was nice and I have no major critics. We were not picked up at the hotel in Hanoi although I had received a booking and payment confirmation including transport. After several tries to reach the local organizer by phone and email, we reached them about two hours after the pickup time. We were offered to do the tour on the next day, which we couldn't. So, we accepted to pay a private taxi for 100 US$ and being upgraded to to a 5* cruise. So, we did the cruise and it was nice. But it was not a 5* cruise. If you look it up, this tour is offered at about the same price as our original tour, and itinerary and the boat looked similar. The fridge was broken and could not be repaired, some other small things weren't up to a 5* level too. In the end, we received a payment link not only for the 100 $ for the taxi but also for the minibus transport back and had to pay this despite I claimed with the organizer that all of their computer problems and wrongly calculated costs on the Viator page were not our fault at all. I do not recommend to book a Rosa Cruise tour or any other tour organized by Red gecko travel.
