VIP treatment
I cannot recommend traveling with this company enough. First of all our driver, Pawan, was absolutely amazing. His English is not great but that didn’t stop him from going out of his way to take excellent care of us over the three days. He is literally the only driver I rode with in India that made me feel safe in the car. He always went the speed limit and was careful in his driving. I felt comfortable enough to fall asleep on our drives between the cities. That is not a small thing if you are familiar with driving in India. And he went out of his way to make sure we were safe and comfortable, even walking us to our apartment to be sure we got checked in safely. He also bargained with vendors and made sure we didn’t get ripped off. Plus he is just a super sweet guy. AND he paid attention to my love of lassi and surprised us with a stop at a famous lassi street shop in Jaipur the last morning! It was such a thoughtful touch. Our tour guide in Delhi was Shweta. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites and answered all of my many, many questions. We also had great discussions about India culture and current events. I very much enjoyed spending the day with her and she did an excellent job rearranging our schedule when we spontaneously decided we wanted to leave Delhi early to make sunset in Agra at the Taj Mahal. I can’t recommend her enough. Jitu was our guide in Agra and we had so much fun with him. Luckily he can take a joke because my travel mate has a great sense of humor and we were joking constantly. He met us early and managed to get us to a site to see sunset of Taj Mahal across the River in record time, complete with having a waiting tuk tuk so we could get there quickly. It was magical seeing the colors at sunset. Without his organization, we would have missed it. I can’t thank him enough for giving me the opportunity to experience it. Then, when my travel mate decided she wanted a special outfit for our visit to the Taj Mahal the next day, he made a phone call and arranged for her to visit a tailor who stayed open late to sew a custom saree, that very night, with delivery in time for her to wear it at sunrise the next day. Then he met us at sunrise to take us on a tour of Taj Mahal. He was able to balance my interest in the history and architecture with my friend’s love of taking photos. He met both of our needs perfectly. He also showed off his talented photography skills! The tour of the rest of Agra was equally interesting. Then he did a great job of recommending places to go in Jaipur even though he wasn’t traveling with us there. Every request we had he was able to accommodate. Between the photography skills, the door to door service, and meeting every request with grace and flexibility, we definitely received the VIP treatment and highly recommend this company. I went from feeling apprehensive when I first arrived in India to feeling like we were in good hands and could just enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful time and will use this company again when we return. My understanding is they can also arrange service in other areas of India so reach out to them directly about additional tours if you don’t see what you want listed. Highly recommend.

Hassle-free experience
I recently went on a short vacation to India, and my trip was organized by India Bon Voyage. I decided to go on such a short notice—less than a week before my departure—but they made everything seamless and stress-free. From the transportation to and from the airport to the accommodation and tour guides, everything was taken care of. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the team, driver Pawan, guide Gurwinder (Delhi) and especially tour guide, Jitu (Agra). Jitu was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a great photographer, capturing amazing moments for me throughout the trip.
