Nice travel is a great choice
Monica from nice travel was great, we saw every attraction from tour description, she made extra stops to show additional sights, did not rush thru, was very friendly and accommodating

1st Tour Ever — so worth it!
This was my first ever guided tour, and Thorey set the bar extremely high. 10/10 would recommend! - Thorey was a kind, efficient, and knowledgeable guide. She provided a smooth and safe ride throughout the entire coastal ride. She would give entertaining explanations of the various stops and sights as we were driving by or visiting. She also provided tips for our travel experience. These included dish recommendations at the restaurants we visited, when and where to some snacks for the road, and also helpful tips for having a comfortable road trip. - Based on the itinerary, there are only a few locations listed. However, Thorey was able to fit in a lot more pit stops and opportunities for us to stretch our legs at amazing views! - I was never uncomfortable during this trip. Plenty of bathroom breaks and time to explore was provided. - The hotel was clean, quaint, and had amazing food! - The excursions were a great time and SO beautiful. I opted to do the boat tour and glacier hike, both of which were incredibly grand and awesome. - The staff at all partner excursions were super helpful and provided all necessary instructions for a safe and fun time!
Response from the operator: Thanks for sharing your positive vibes!

Amazing tour of Iceland’s South Coast
We flew IcelandAir for our trip to Central Europe so decided to do a quick 3 night stopover in Iceland. To make the most of our short time here, we decided to book this tour through Get Your Guide so we wouldn’t have to worry about car rental/road conditions and booking separate experiences. We are SO glad we chose this tour!! Our tour guide, Thorey, is a native Icelander and provided a great balance of information and context while also providing quiet times for rest and to enjoy the scenic views during the ride. The hotel they booked for us (Hótel Smyrlabjörg) was clean, cozy, and quiet with water views in the distance. The breakfast buffet (only meal included in the tour price) was delicious. The food at the places we stopped for lunch and dinner were tasty and Thorey had helpful recommendations for what to eat at each place. Just be prepared for Iceland prices :) We chose to add on the glacier hike and glacier lagoon boat ride to our tour, and we are happy we did both. Thorey took us to more stops than what was listed on the itinerary so we got to see so many incredible and varied views of Iceland. On our way back, she even made a special stop at a cliffside to see puffins!! We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore and experience Iceland’s south coast. We thought it was a great value for what we paid, and for the convenience of not having to drive and plan.
Response from the operator: WOW! Thanks for the wonderful feedback!

Why this scores 87
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Reykjavik.
How much does 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group cost?
+
Prices start at $689 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Reykjavik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Reykjavik is not rushed.
Is 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 87 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 745 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Reykjavik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group?
+
Around 261 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Reykjavik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Reykjavik and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2-Day Blue Ice Cave, Glacier Lagoon and South Coast - Small Group start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Reykjavik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Reykjavik?
+
On Outty we rank every Reykjavik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Reykjavik Food Walk - Local Foodie Adventure in Iceland, Small-Group Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon with Ticket & Kerid Crater, Reykjavík Small group Walking Tour - by CityWalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Reykjavik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Reykjavik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
