Impeccable experience: authentic Vietnam without worries

We recently finished a 15-day private tour in Vietnam and it was a simply perfect trip. A sincere thank you to Amelia and Sabrina, who tailored an impeccable itinerary for us: every stop, hotel, and restaurant faithfully reflected our requests and the expectations agreed upon before departure, without the slightest flaw. A gesture that truly warmed our hearts was the surprise for my birthday: without me having mentioned anything, they had a splendid cake waiting for me to celebrate, making me feel pampered even thousands of miles from home. The on-site management was also impeccable. The transfers were always very punctual, with comfortable vehicles and drivers of rare kindness. What made the difference was also the constant feeling of being in good hands, thanks to a dedicated WhatsApp group operational at any time of the day, ready to assist us for any eventuality. All the local guides proved to be very well-prepared, but a special round of applause goes to Neve and Quyen. Calling them "guides" would be reductive: the naturalness, passion, and generosity with which they told us about and let us experience their land went well beyond the simple professional task, giving us precious memories. Although it was 15 intense days full of experiences, the care in the organization made everything fluid and fulfilling. I recommend this tour operator with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a trip to Vietnam taken care of down to the smallest detail.
