Kids loved the extra day at the GEM
We added an extra day in Cairo to visit the GEM museum again. The kids loved it. Our guide Sana arranged it for us. We upgraded from the train to flights and from shared bus to private minivan. The hotels were family friendly and the Nubian guest house was colorful. The desert tent was an adventure and they loved it. We saw the pyramids and the Valley of the Kings. The 14 days plus extra day were full of fun. Admission fee was 1200 usd per adult and 700 per child plus 160 for upgrades. Length of visit was 14 days plus extra day. Atmosphere was comfortable and fun. Crowd size was about 14 people in our group. Staff were great with kids. Best for families who want extra museum time. Yasser had given them extra activity books.

Kids hated the train but loved the plane
I took my kids on the 14 day tour and the sleeper train was a nightmare for them. They cried and couldn't sleep. Our guide Mona suggested upgrading to domestic flights. We paid 120 usd for the three of us and it was a lifesaver. The flights were short and the kids enjoyed them. We also upgraded the bus to a private minivan which gave us more room. The hotels were family friendly and the kids loved the pool. The Nubian guest house was colorful and fun. The desert tent was an adventure and they loved it. The temples were amazing and we saw everything. Admission fee was 1200 usd per adult and 700 per child plus 120 for upgrades. Length of visit was 14 days. Atmosphere was comfortable and family friendly. Crowd size was about 14 people in our group. Staff were great with kids. Best for families who need comfort. Yasser had given them activity books for the flights.

Friend loved the private transfer upgrade
My friend loved the private transfer upgrade we got for the desert excursions. He said it was the best part of the trip. Our guide Tamer arranged it for us. We also upgraded from the sleeper train to domestic flights which saved us time. We added an extra night in Cairo which was perfect. The hotels were comfortable and the Nubian guest house was beautiful. The desert tent was a great experience. We visited all the temples and pyramids. The 14 days plus extra night were amazing. Admission fee was 1450 usd each plus 140 for upgrades. Length of visit was 14 days plus extra night. Atmosphere was comfortable and private. Crowd size was about 12 people in our group. Staff were flexible and accommodating. Best for friends who value privacy. Yasser had arranged the private transfers smoothly.

My Bus Driver Mohamed We Spoke Without Words
I am a solo traveller and the bus driver Mohamed became my buddy. I sat behind him every day. He pointed out landmarks using hand signals because his English was minimal. Water buffalo. Sugar cane. The new administrative capital. At the end of the trip he gave me a small keychain of the pyramids. No admission fee obviously. The bus time across 14 days was significant. Atmosphere friendly and wordless. Crowd size bus of 16. Staff Mohamed drove like a pro never a close call. Best for solo travellers who make friends without speaking the same language.

Desert Sunset Pink Orange Purple No Words Needed
We are a couple and the sunset from the Mountain of the British in the White Desert was our favourite photo. We climbed the small peak and looked west. The white chalk turned pink then orange then purple. Our guide made tea and we sat on a rock. No words just colour. Admission included. We stayed until the first stars appeared. Atmosphere holy. Crowd size our group of eight spread out on the slope. Staff the guide waited patiently and carried the heavy tea pot. Best for couples who need a sunset that resets the soul.
