14 day Chile and Argentina Trip

The tour was generally good however it’s a series of one off tours with different people. It’s not a 14 day trip with likeminded people so I would not do it if you are a single traveller. Our first day of the trip was a disaster as the day tour of Santiago did not progress. Still don’t know why but subsequent day trips were as advertised and were ok. Also had my bag broken into and goods stolen while it was in transit with tour operators agents. Otherwise happy overall.

Response from the operator: Dear Richard, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced at the beginning of your trip, as well as the distress caused by the issues with your luggage. We would like to extend our heartfelt apologies for the setbacks you encountered. Regarding the situation on the first day, we understand your frustration. An unexpected issue prevented the Santiago tour from proceeding as planned. Unfortunately, we were unable to ensure the smooth operation of the tour on that occasion, but we are glad to hear that the following days were more satisfactory. Regarding the theft of your belongings, we deeply regret what happened. Such incidents are unacceptable, and we work closely with our suppliers to minimize risks and ensure the safety of our passengers. Furthermore, as you mentioned, a refund was processed for the inconvenience caused on the first day, as we understand the importance of providing a seamless and pleasant experience. Despite the initial issues, we are pleased to know that the rest of the tour met your expectations. We are committed to delivering a positive and enriching experience, and your feedback will help us improve our services. We hope that, despite these unforeseen events, you were able to enjoy the beauty and culture of the destinations you visited. Best regards, Tangol Tours

Chile

We used Exoticca to go to Chile in December, visiting Santiago, the Atacama Desert and Easter Island. The internal trips were very well executed and the local tour guides were great. We saw things we never expected to see - the desert, salt flats, lagoons, geysers, volcanoes, flamingos, llamas, moai statues, and more! A really great trip!
