Not just a spa, not just a massage. It's an extraordinary experience!
Therapist was very respectful. Always kept me covered throughout the whole experience. The hot towels were placed with perfect timing and therapist didn't let towels get cold before taking them off. Well timed. Therapist was routine was excellent. Loved the background music, the way the room was designed, the scents. Amazing experience.

Very disappointed in service
The massage therapist I had kept moving from one location to the next. The oil she used was cold, startled me every time she used oil. Very disappointed w service.

Couples massage; My massage by Vivian was EXCELLENT!
Completely disgusted when my 2-hour massage was over (because it was over!). One of the 2 or 3 best massages I have ever had. Vivian was awesome. Hands always moving at a workman's pace. A steady, rapid continuous massage for the full time with hardly any stops, hardly any words except to verify that I was good with the pressure. Vivian has a fan for life! Prices here were definitely more reasonable than we're used to in the mainland. Highly recommended - especially Vivian.
