Kids were happy with the upgrades
I took my kids on the 12 day tour and the sleeper train was not great. They were tired and unhappy. Our guide Shereen suggested we upgrade to a flight for the return. We paid 90 usd per adult and 60 per child and it was worth it. The flight was quick and the kids were happy. We also upgraded from shared bus to private transfer and it made the trip easier. The cruise ship was amazing and the kids loved the pool. The GEM museum was incredible and the pyramids were breathtaking. Hurghada was relaxing and we enjoyed the beach. The extra night at the Cairo hotel was comfortable. The whole 12 days were well organized and the upgrades made it perfect. Admission fee was 1300 usd per adult and 700 per child plus 150 for upgrades. Length of visit was 12 days. Atmosphere was upgraded and family friendly. Crowd size was about 10 people in our group. Staff were flexible and helpful. Best for families who want comfort. Yasser had arranged all the upgrades for us.

Train was awful but flight was amazing
My friend and I took the 12 day tour and the sleeper train was awful. We couldn't sleep and were grumpy. Our guide Maher offered us an upgrade to a flight for the return. We paid 95 usd each and it was amazing. The flight was smooth and we arrived fresh. We also upgraded from shared transfer to private car and it was worth it. The cruise ship was luxurious and the food was delicious. The pyramids and the Sphinx were majestic. The GEM museum was incredible with the golden mask. Hurghada was beautiful and we went snorkeling. The extra night at the hotel was a nice addition. The whole 12 days were amazing despite the train. Admission fee was 1450 usd each plus 120 for upgrades. Length of visit was 12 days. Atmosphere was upgraded and relaxing. Crowd size was about 14 people in our group. Staff were caring and professional. Best for friends who want to avoid discomfort. Yasser had recommended the flight upgrade.

Valley Kings Hooked My Nephew
I took this trip with my brother and his family and we all agreed that the Valley of the Kings was the most memorable day. Our guide shared stories about the tomb raiders and the early archaeologists and he made history feel like a thriller. The atmosphere inside the tombs is cool and silent and the paintings are so vivid they almost glow. Crowd size was controlled and we never felt rushed. Staff at the entrance were efficient. The entry fee was included and covered three tombs. The length of our visit was about two and a half hours. One moment that stood out was when my nephew who is usually glued to his tablet put his phone down and asked the guide a question about the afterlife. The guide answered seriously and treated him like an adult. That respect mattered. This site is best for families who want to spark curiosity in kids

Unforgetable experience!
Mr Hassan customized our trip exactly to our specifications, making it the trip of a lifetime for our family. Gaber, Radwa, Ahmed and driver Ahmed were the loveliest and most knowledgeable tour guides we could have wished for. They were very patient with our billions of questions and our constant stopping for photographs. I couldn't recommend Great Egypt Travel enough!

GEM Museum Visit Beyond Expectations
We decided last year that we needed a real break from work and life so we booked this 12 day trip through Egypt and I still can’t believe how smooth everything went. The GEM museum was honestly way bigger than we expected and we spent almost four hours there just walking through the halls. The entry fee was totally worth it because you get to see so many artifacts that you never see anywhere else. The atmosphere inside is very calm and respectful almost like you are walking through a sacred place. The crowds were not bad at all because our guide timed the visit perfectly to avoid the rush. Staff at the museum were polite and helpful even when we asked a million questions. I think this part of the tour is best for solo travelers or couples who enjoy real history without distractions. One moment that stuck with me was when we stopped near a quiet corner and our guide pointed out small carvings on a statue that most people walk past without noticing. It made me feel like I was seeing something special not just another artifact in a glass case.
