Know before you go
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- In January and February, most 4-star hotels in Sorrento will close, so selected 3-star hotels will be offered.
- Bookings for 1, 2, or 3 guests include a single, double, or triple room accordingly; for separate rooms, book individually.
- Please note: During the low season (November to March) the visit to Capri Island will not take place and so you will be free to enjoy a full day in Sorrento on your own
- Please note: for peak season - August and September - Day 8 and 9 - Hotel will be in the surroundings of Sorrento
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers up to 7 years old
- During peak season, visiting the Blue Grotto in Capri may involve long lines and limited capacity. If access is not possible, or the weather conditions do not allow it, our guides will suggest alternative attractions to ensure a satisfying and memorable tour (e.g. Faraglioni rocks).
- Streed Food Experience in Bologna
- Please be aware that during the Jubilee Year, certain areas of the Vatican Museums may be inaccessible due to religious ceremonies. Thank you for your understanding.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attractions
- Please note that this itinerary has a very strict schedule and it is not suitable for travellers with mobility issues. For this reason, we do not encourage to book a group tour, rather an FIT package or a private tour (ask our team for a quotation!) to meet the travellers special needs

**Amazing 11-Day Italy Fantasia Tour with Wingbuddy
We had an incredible 11-day experience in Italy with Wingbuddy’s Fantasia tour. From the beautiful cities and breathtaking scenery to the history, food, and culture, this trip gave us so many wonderful memories that we will always treasure. A huge part of what made the experience so special was our tour guide, Sabrina. She was knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. She kept everything running smoothly while making the journey enjoyable and stress-free. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for Italy added so much to every destination we visited. We also want to recognize our driver, Franco, who did an excellent job throughout the entire trip. He was professional, dependable, and made us feel safe and comfortable while traveling from one destination to another. Navigating Italy is certainly not easy, and we really appreciated having him behind the wheel! Thank you to Sabrina, Franco, and the Wingbuddy team for making our Italian vacation such a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend the Fantasia tour to anyone looking for a well-organized way to experience the beauty of Italy. 🇮🇹❤️ Grazie mille, Sabrina and Franco!

Italy 2025
Had a fantastic time, was well organized, the accommodations were nice except for the hotel in Venice it really did not reflect a star hotel, our tour guide Sabrina along with bus driver Vincenzo and our private guide Sacha at Pompei were amazing!
Response from the operator: 🇮🇹✨ Ten nights, four cities, countless memories—what a journey! We’re thrilled to hear you had a fantastic time exploring Rome, Florence, Venice, and Sorrento with us. Sabrina, Vincenzo, and Sacha will be blushing with pride when they read your kind words—they really are the dream team of Italian adventures. 🌟🚌🎤 About Venice: the hotel is officially a 4-star, though we know it feels different from the charm of the historic center. It’s chosen because it’s large enough to welcome groups comfortably—while keeping the experience more accessible, given the sky-high prices inside Venice itself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts—it helps us keep improving while keeping the sparkle alive. 💖 We can’t wait to welcome you back for round two of “La Dolce Vita”! 🍝🍷 Carrani Tours

A Dream Trip to Italy – Seamlessly Delivered!
We’ve always dreamed of seeing Italy, but the thought of coordinating travel, hotels, and activities across multiple cities felt overwhelming. Like many people, we were a bit hesitant at first due to the usual mix of online reviews, but the overall positive feedback convinced us to take the leap. The itinerary promised a full tour of Italy’s most iconic locations—Rome, Florence, Venice, the Amalfi Coast, and more (couple add on destinations) —while still allowing some free time to explore on our own. That balance was exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptionally well-organized. Our tour leader, Sabrina, was truly outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. Her passion for Italy came through in every city and every story she shared. Sabrina made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire trip, and her attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout also goes to Franco, our expert bus driver. Navigating a large coach through Italy’s narrow streets and tight turns is no easy task, but he handled it all like a pro—with a calm confidence that put everyone at ease. This tour delivered exactly what it promised: a comprehensive, stress-free way to experience Italy's greatest hits, from ancient ruins and Renaissance art to charming coastal towns and unforgettable food. We made great memories, saw breathtaking sights, and met wonderful people along the way. If you’ve been wanting to explore Italy but are unsure where to start, we highly recommend this tour. It’s a perfect introduction to the country—and thanks to Sabrina and Franco, it was even better than we imagined
Response from the operator: Dear traveler, Your words capture the true spirit of a 10-Night Italy Tour through Rome, Florence, Venice, and Sorrento — a dream journey turned into reality. 🇮🇹✨ We are delighted that the balance of guided experiences and free time gave you the best of both worlds: the chance to see Italy’s iconic highlights — from the Colosseum in Rome to the canals of Venice, the art of Florence, and the beauty of the Amalfi Coast — while still savoring your own discoveries. Sabrina’s passion and care, along with Franco’s mastery behind the wheel, are exactly what make our tours feel seamless and unforgettable. We are so proud to know that their dedication shaped your memories of Italy. Thank you for trusting us (DMC in Rome for 100 years) with your Italian adventure. May the magic of this journey stay with you always, and we look forward to welcoming you back for more experiences across our beloved country. With gratitude, Carrani Tours/Gray Line I Love Rome 💖

Beautiful Italy Trip
What an amazing trip!! Our tour guide, Sebrina, and bus driver, Johnny, were fantastic. Both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! I feel like each tour we took was full of history, and Sebrina explained the history very well. She was also awesome at explaining exactly what was going to happen each day, made sure everyone understood the meeting times and places after free time. She went at a good pace for everyone. The included meals were delicious and it was also nice to venture out on our own for the non-included meals. Sebrina will give you suggestions if you ask. We were always very pleased when we followed her suggestions! I would recommend this trip to anyone that is considered a trip to Italy. We saw a little bit of many parts of Italy, which is what we wanted to experience. If you are lucky enough to get Sebrina as your guide, you will be blessed! We felt very safe with Johnny’s driving skills. Some of the very narrow roads with cliffs on the edge were pretty intense, but Johnny handled them beautifully! Thank you Sebrina and Johnny! You both made our trip very enjoyable and safe! Grazie!!
Response from the operator: Wow, what a fantastic review—thank you! 🌟 Sabrina and Johnny truly are a dream team, and we’re overjoyed they made your trip to Italy so memorable. 🇮🇹✨ It’s wonderful to hear how Sabrina’s expertise and organization ensured every part of your journey was seamless—from history-filled tours to perfectly paced days and great dining suggestions. 🍝🍷 And Johnny? A true maestro of the roads! 🛞 His skill on those narrow, cliffside roads is nothing short of heroic. 🚐💪 We’re thrilled you got to experience so many beautiful parts of Italy during our "10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento" and felt safe, well-fed, and cared for along the way. 💕 Thank you for recommending the trip, and we hope to see you again on another adventure! Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rome.
How much does 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento cost?
+
Prices start at $2289 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rome usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento take?
+
Plan for about 264 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rome is not rushed.
Is 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable nightlife in Rome, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 264-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rome can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rome and add a light layer if any part of the 264-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 10-Night Italy Tour: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rome within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rome?
+
Rome runs on skip-the-line access. The Colosseum underground, the Vatican before opening, and the catacombs south of the walls all require a licensed operator, and the price gap between the good ones and the rest is smaller than you would expect. We rank by guide credentials, group size and how reliably the promised access actually materialises. On Outty we rank every Rome experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Rome Pasta and Tiramisu Class: Ravioli, Fettuccine & Fine Wine 5*, Pasta Making & Wine Tasting with Dinner in Frascati from Rome, Rome: Pizza & Tiramisu or Gelato Class with Flowing Fine Wine 5*. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rome?
+
April, May, September and October. August is hot and half the city is shut. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rome?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
