Exceptional Eastern Europe Journey with Prague Best Experience

My partner and I recently completed the 7-day, 6-night, 4-country tour organized by Prague Best Experience, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. As first-time visitors to Eastern Europe, we were thrilled by the seamless coordination and thoughtful planning that made our trip truly memorable. From start to finish, the logistics were handled with precision. Every driver and guide was punctual and professional, and Dasa—our main point of contact—was phenomenal. Her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring. We simply trusted the process, and like clockwork, her updates arrived exactly when needed. On the rare occasion we had a question, her responses were nearly instantaneous. The accommodations were solid across the board. From an Australian perspective, we’d rate them slightly above 3-star but not quite 4-star. Each hotel offered reliable amenities including mini fridges, safes, and satisfying breakfast options. While a couple of mattresses weren’t quite to our liking, it didn’t detract from the overall comfort. We had an incredible time and would absolutely recommend Prague Best Experience to anyone considering a multi-country tour in the region. If we were to do it again, we’d opt for a bit more time in each destination—especially Bratislava, which felt refreshingly less hectic and deserves a deeper dive.

Private Prague Best Experience is Amazing!

Lovely tour. Dasha was so very kind and helpful when we had to pull out of the portion to Budapest because I came down with an upper respiratory infection in Vienna. She led us in the right direction to contact a doctor to come to our hotel to complete an examination and prescribe antibiotics. Thank you so much for your professional advise and efficiency. I don’t know what we would have done without you. We lost 4 extra days of our tour due to illness however, you helped make it up to us in a couple of other ways, to which, we are grateful. It’s excellent that you have your customers purchase travel insurance because, you never know what will happen. Now, I hope Xcover (the travel insurance company you recommend) will work as well and as efficiently and professionally as Dasha did. I highly recommend this tour, the part we were able to experience was amazing!! Again, thank you so very much, Dasha!
