Charm Island we loved
We went for the day to Isla del Encanto and "loved" by far the best beach we knew on our visit to Cartagena, because NOT all are the same, and not all are beautiful as they say. If you can, I recommend this one if or if, the food is rich, and the place is cute and magical.

Many people little beach as it is a hotel
From orlando florida.. we were told that the island was private and that there were not many people, when we arrived there were no chairs as the hotel guests had the best places and chairs.. I do not recommend it if you want privacy.
