It was not far and came...
It was not far and came back the same route so you see everything twice. The tour commentator was informative but talked too fast. We were to be on a boat of 19 people but after waiting 30 minutes past our start time we got onto a large boat of more people. We would never do this again . This was our first time to Venice so we thought there would be more talk of their history & why canals etc. The boat was hard to find and the ticket should show the gate & landmarks with how to find them.

Poor Experience
The designated meeting place was unclear, no one that we asked seem to know where we should go to wait for the boat, we moved to 7 different lines based on instruction, and finally boarded a boat 15 min late, with only 6 people on the boat. The tour was less than an hour, and we didn’t learn anything. It was lovely being on a boat, but the trip was very disappointing overall.

HORRIBLE, SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!
This actually has a rating of less then 1 star because at least a 1 star had to be selected to move forward so in actuality they receive a negative 3 stars for this event experience! We arrived to the dock in time ready to take this trip and then the boat left without us. There was very poor organization from all the other groups offering the same tour with no ropes or announcements by representatives indicating they will be accepting so and so group organizations for the panoramic tour including the one we were scheduled with. In addition everyone in representation was very belligerent and very rude towards us and others around us. Regardless of the fact of having no 1 hour tour provided due to negligent representation from the organization, is there any support and/or assistance for a refund of the amount a paid below on this forwarded e-mail in the amount of $52.68 since nothing ever came of it. I felt totally robbed of this experience and all I have to take from it is the rudeness of the employees of this organization and other organizations in the same docking area. Very very very poorly arranged and monitored. Regardless of what amount was paid there has to be structure from these organizations moving forward. Overall, it was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever on the face of this planet and was not handled at all very well!! What's worse is that we are not from the area of Italy and this is experience is all that we have of to take back with us to share to others about! It's so very sad!!!

Total waste
There was no information by anyone at the dock for this company. Finally a Vidali boat pulled in so we got on. They never checked tickets. The driver played with his phone as we went out into the bay and then he drops everyone off at this dock to get off. We stayed on which surprised him. He said it was a transfer boat! Ha, nobody told us! This company is a waste! $35 for nothing and we had to walk back. Don’t waste your money and time! Maybe clearer directions and boat information would help!?!

The boat arrived 20...
The boat arrived 20 minutes late with no clear communication or signage or staff there to let you know what was going on. Once the boat arrived we did have an hour tour with some commentary about the canals. Met expectations for price - crew was friendly and it was nice seeing some of the city from the water.
