Money hungry Business who refuses to give refunds due to country shut down- no available transportation services
I would highly advise that no one goes to this place due to unethical practices. I scheduled this service over 6 weeks before going to Greece. This was my first time and it will be my last time visiting Greece (way too expensive). The day that i arrived it was my cousins 50th birthday, so we thought starting the day off with a massage would be wonderful. We got to the country on October 1, 2025 to find out that the country was on a strike, meaning that none of the taxis and ubers were available to take us to our appointments. I have been in contact with this place and they are aware of the issues. They kept offering me to come on days that i would be in other countries and it did not work for us. Now they are refusing to give us our money back. I would highly advise anyone from paying this company prior to going. I am very very upset at the mere fact that they were aware that we weren't able to come, they even told me to take the bus. Our tour guide informed us that the bus didn't run on regular intervals and that it would have taken us much longer to try that route. Then to top things off Aroma massage keeps enforcing that we should have canceled at least 24 hours in advanced. How could we?? We were on an airplane for 13 hours excited to experience the Grecian Massages.
Response from the operator: We completely understand your frustration regarding the strike that coincided with the day of your appointment. However, on that day, despite the taxi strike, trains, metro and buses were operating but he did not accept it, as he was obviously using them to get you to the hotel. Despite the difficulties, we tried to serve you by suggesting alternative dates and times, we rebooked appointments but unfortunately no one showed up for both appointments. In this way, the opportunity to serve other people who would like to make an appointment on those days and times was lost. The cancellation policy that is in effect and visible before you book an appointment (cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment) applies to all our clients, so that there is fair and proper management of our program. Unfortunately, as there was no timely cancellation, no refund is possible for services that were not performed; on the contrary, we lost the ability to serve other customers on these 2 dates. We would also like to mention that during our communication, you pointed out in a somewhat pushy manner that you are a travel agent. We absolutely respect all our clients regardless of profession or status, and we always operate based on the same policies for everyone, without exceptions.
