From the airport pickup, to the Twin Lakes cultural experience to the gorilla trek, this was truly an unforgettable trip. My Once in a Lifetime
I just returned from a magnificent trip to Rwanda with Blue Money Tours, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! I was travelling with my mother and two uncles. Our guide, Emmanuel, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to share insights about the amazing wildlife and culture of the country. Godfrey, our driver, was equally impressive, navigating the roads with skill and care. We shared many, many laughs with both of them. One of the highlights of our trip was our Gorilla Trek, which was unforgettable. After our trek, Emmanuel and Godfrey surprised us with a lovely picnic, complete with delicious treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a special touch to an already incredible day! Overall, I highly recommend Blue Money Tours for anyone looking to explore Rwanda. Their attention to detail, warmth, and enthusiasm made our journey truly special. Thank you, Emmanuel and Godfrey, for a wonderful experience!
Response from the operator: dear stephanies, it was a honor to serve you and your family and we are always ready and there for you. thanks and best regards.

This was an incredible experience - don't miss out.
I wanted to share something truly special with you all. If you've ever dreamt of getting up close and personal with some of nature's most incredible creatures, check out the great guides at Blue Monkey Tour in Kigali, Rwanda! After a work-related visit to Kigali this past April, we spent the weekend visiting Rwanda's majestic gorillas in their natural mountain habitat and saw playful golden monkeys in the lower hills—these once-in-a-lifetime moments will stay with us forever. The tour was well organized (thanks, Emmanuel!) and included an important visit to the Genocide Memorial Museum. The hotel accommodations were terrific (e.g., clean, comfortable, etc.), transportation was on time and comfy, and the cuisine was delicious.
Response from the operator: It was a such a great opportunity to be apart of your and organizing your trip in Rwanda !! Emmanuel said “ we had such a great time together “ And we are happy to hearing from you as well !! We are looking forward serve you in future as well and your recommendations though! Thanks Best regards

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kigali.
How much does 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda cost?
+
Prices start at $2,700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kigali usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kigali is not rushed.
Is 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Kigali, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kigali can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kigali and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kigali within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kigali?
+
On Outty we rank every Kigali experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include One-day Akagera National Park Game Drive with a Choice 4x4, One Day Akagera Wildlife Safari, Kigali City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kigali?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kigali?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda?
+
Included: Private transportation; Driver guide; Lunch; Park entrance; and Gorilla permits. Not included: Air fares; Tips; and Personal expenses, i.e shopping, airtime,.. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda include hotel pickup?
+

What languages is 1 Day Guided Gorilla Trekking Safari Experience in Rwanda offered in?
+
